Deuteronomy 28:41-43

⁴¹ You shall have sons and daughters, but you shall not enjoy them, for they shall go off into captivity. ⁴² Locusts shall consume your trees and the produce of your land. ⁴³ The foreigner who is living with you shall rise higher and higher, but you shall sink lower and lower.
